Our client/server product offering for billing and scheduling is called inServio.  inServio is well-suited for the practice that wants a modern system but is not concerned with any near-term move toward Electronic Medical Records.  It has been designed from the ground up for the Windows and SQL data base environment.  It provides a simple but highly functional scheduling system including the ability to block out time providers are unavailable on either an ad-hoc or permanent basis.  Thus, your schedulers know precisely by looking at a single screen when a patient may be matched up to a provider's availability.  Also, our patient billing statement is the most readable in the industry, showing all charges, adjustments, and payments and the calculation that results in a well illustrated patient-owed amount.  When you mail statements from inServio, patients understand what they owe, pay that amount, and cease swamping your phone lines for explanations.

You can choose to have inServio on your computer or on our computer and accessible through high-speed Internet.  We will set up inServio if you wish to perform only scheduling in the office and arrange for a billing service to handle your data entry and claims processing.  And all of this can be changed or moved should your organization or computing needs change!  Flexibility is key - we have it and pass that flexibility on to you! 

Other notable inServio features are:

*   Electronic Claims Submission and Electronic EOB and Payments Receipt - You can retrieve a payments file from your carrier or clearing house and inServio will  automatically post payments to your system, saving hours of manaul posting labor.

*   Attachement of Images - Pictures, insurance cards, driver's licenses are but a few of the graphics images that inServio will attach to the patient record.  Thus, you no longer have to copy and file these documents in a chart.  They are pulled up with a click of the mouse!

*   Hot Keys enable you to jump to another area of the program and return to the screen you left.  This funciton is great for checking an appointment time or rescheduling an appointment in response to a phone call.  When you hang up, hitting the ESC key takes you right back to what you were working on before the interruption.
